Dinosaurs roamed the Earth during the Mesozioc Era. Mesozioc Era is devided into three periods :

        1.Trassic Period (225-195 million years) * Pangea- aunited super continent * Morganucodon,the earliest known mammals appear (looked like a tiny rat) * Evergreen plants existed everywhere * Eoraptor (or dawn thief) appears; the earliest known dinosours was about 1.00 meters long and a meat eater * Herrersauras appears; was about 3.00m long and meat eater * Plesiosaurs , a long-necked large marine reptile and lcthyosaurs, looked like dolphine, ruled the seas.


        2.Jurassic Park (195 to 135m.yrs) * Flowering plants appear * Sauroponds (plant eater) like Apatosaurus, the deceptive lizard, (21m long,lived in W.Us)and Brachiosaurus-the biggest land creatures ever lived. They were eaten up by meat eating Allosaurus and Megalosaurus * Archaeoterpyx appears - supposed lo have features of a bird * Pterosaurus, flying reptiles and relative of dinosaurs, ruled the sky * Stegosaurs, the plated lizard, ate plants, about 1.80m long and lived in N.America.


        3.Cretaceous Period (135 to 65m.yrs) * No polar ice existed * Velociraptors, the speedest, meat eating and lived in Asia. It was about 1.80m long * Triceratops (3-horend face) the plant eating 1.80m long creature lived in N.America * Handrosaurus, the big lizard, fed on plants, 1.80m long and was found in Asia, Europe, N & S America * Theroponds like Tyrannosaurus Rex, the tyrant lizards, and Giganotosaurus ate meat and walked on two legs * All Dinosaurs and other reptiles such as lchthyoasurus and Pterosaurs became extint due to unknown reasons.
